To request a payout (you can request a payout at any time), simply follow these steps:
1. Login to your RakeDiamond account.
2. You will see your Current Available Balance in the My Balances menu
3. In the list of menu items on the left-hand side of the page, click on Request rakeback payout. This will take you to the payout screen where you can request payouts to a number of destinations, including Full Tilt Poker, Hansa Poker, Absolute Poker, Ultimate Bet, Moneybookers and Neteller. Note: there is a 80c fee for transfers on MB, and 1.9% fee on NETeller.
4. Before you can request a payout to one of the above destinations, you will need to click on Add new payout account at the top of the page. Each new payout account you add will then be visible in the drop down menu when you request a payout.
5. The minimum payout amount is $100.
6. Once you have added the details for your payout accounts, you then simply request the amount you wish to withdraw from your RakeDiamond account, and select the destination from the dropdown menu, then click Send Request.
7. When you click Send Request, an email will be automatically sent to RakeDiamond, who will process the payment as quickly as possible.
8. If for some reason we have to Decline your request, you will receive an email with reasons explaining why your request was Declined.
9. When your Payout Request is approved, you will receive an automated email notifying you that the money is on its way. If your payout does not arrive within within 24 hours please do not hesitate to contact us.
